What is the return policy?

We want you to LOVE your socks. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Because socks are a hygiene-sensitive item, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items. We’re always happy to help with an exchange if the item is unworn.

  • Exchanges/Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Items must be in original, unopened packaging
  • Final sale items are non-returnable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
